Orphea is a quiet seatown in the Hamptons, a few hours drive from New York. A small and quiet town, not much happening, until on 30 July 1994 an aweful event happens: the killing of the mayor and his family in his home, as well as a jogging woman passing by the house. Two young policeman lead the investigation, Jesse Rosenberg and Derek Scott. They are ambitious and catch the killer in the end, the evidence very convincing.
